- Planning Menus in consultation with chefs. Planning Functions. Managing restaurant staff's work schedules. Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions. Providing excellent service when working at Front of House to ensure satisfaction of the clients. Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. Serving tables, cocktail preparation when needed. Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Perform any other duties in Front of House as reasonably directed by the Manager. Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 – $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
