We are looking for:
A highly trained, well presented, food service professional, with good knowledge of wines, to offer tableside finishing of food, keep a wait staff organized and smoothly deal with 5* clientele as well as the general public. The ideal candidate will be sophisticated, good English, and able to lead and train the team whilst taking pride in customer care and service.
All Restaurant manager duties with a hands-on approach, including staff training, taking orders, and dealing with complaints & compliments.
A key focus on 5 points.
- Increasing communications and increasing sales of corporate parties
- Regulars, making sure regulars feel at home and returning frequently.
- Increase wine sales% to food sales, train the team to upsell & pour wines for customers.
- Staff management of rotas to occupancies (staggered hours on arrival and departure of staff)
- Keep a positive attitude for staff and customers to see
Job Type: Full-time
