Role/Responsibilities:

• Lead and support front of house staff during service to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any quest issues quickly and professionally.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, and end of day reports.
• Train, motivate and mentor team members to maintain high service & presentations standards.
• Contribute to creating a positive, energetic, and professional workplace culture.
