Job Description:

As a Restoration Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration operations on-site, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. You will also mentor and guide technicians, interact with clients, and ensure quality service throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of restoration technicians/ sub-contractors
  • Manage daily operations of onsite technicians
  • Ability to respond to leads, explain our procedures to clients, accessing the project, closing the lead and sign work authorization
  • Conduct on-site assessments, produce projected scope of work
  • Ensure proper documentation of all work
  • Communicate with clients on site and report back to management
  • Maintain and organize equipment and materials
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, IICRC)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry or similar field
  • Experience in supervising or leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety standards
  • Experience in using job management software
  • Ability to sketch a property if needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Able to work flexible hours including afterhours/weekends, as needed (We are a 24/7 emergency response based business)
  • IICRC certifications (FSRT, WRT, ASD) are strongly preferred but not necessary. Will offer training if needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive a 17’ box truck
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred, but not required
  • Xactimate experience preferred, but not required
  • Drone experience preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $25-$30/hr, based on experience
  • Overtime/after hours pay
  • Paid time off, including vacation and sick leave

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
