Retail Buyer

We are looking for a Retail Buyer to join our International Planning & Buying team at JACK & JONES in Brande. In this role, you will play a key part in developing buying strategies, securing strong forecasts, and ensuring the right styles are implemented across multiple international markets. With your analytical mindset and commercial flair, you help drive sales performance and support our global retail success.

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of our International RETAIL department inside the Planning & Buying team, working closely with local buyers, retail management, and other stakeholders across markets. Together, we make sure our collections and seasonal strategies deliver the right results, while balancing creativity and analysis in a fast-paced international environment

YOUR JOB
As Retail Buyer, you will take responsibility for creating and executing buying strategies across markets. You balance commercial insights with strong data analysis to ensure relevant product assortments and clear sales plans. You will also play a key role in forecasting, performance follow-up, and onboarding local buyers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing buying strategies aligned with performance targets
• Creating seasonal growth plans and ensuring “stay relevant” styles within menswear
• Building and maintaining forecasts across categories and markets
• Following up on market performance and supporting local buyers with insights and tools
• Ensuring implementation of united styles across countries
• Participating in service checks and ensuring old stock is managed effectively

YOUR PROFILE
You are a strong analytical profile with a passion for retail and menswear. You thrive on using data to guide decisions, but also understand the creative and commercial side of buying. With excellent communication skills, you easily collaborate across teams and markets and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a degree in business, economics, supply chain or similar – or bring relevant experience from retail buying or planning
• Have experience with forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting
• Are confident working with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Have knowledge of young fashion and menswear trends
