Overview
ERBN Green is hiring two (2) part-time Retail Cannabis Associates at our Yonge & Lawrence, Toronto location. These are evening and weekend positions and avaialble immeditaley. Candidates must have CanSell and some retail experience would be preferred. Ideal for retired persons or students.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding our wide range of cannabis products and accessories
- Assist customers on product features, effects, and usage guidelines
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and debit\credit card processing
- Assist with inventory management by conducting stock counts.
- Follow all phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or providing support remotely
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to cannabis sales and store operations
- Maintain a clean and well presented store.
- Must be comfortable and capable of working alone.
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math.
- Strong communication skills in English to serve diverse customer needs effectively .
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, inventory counts, and sales calculations

Pay: $17.60 per hour
