The day to day

• You are the face of Optus delivering customer service brilliance powered by Optimism
• Learn all about our cool tech products and services by sharing your knowledge in a way that's easy to understand
• Bring your charm by providing personalised solutions & product expertise – your smile is your secret sales weapon!
