Retail Planner

We are looking for a motivated Retail Planner to join our international Planning & Buying team at JACK & JONES. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing buying strategies, ensuring clear sales plans, and driving forecasting efforts across multiple markets.

As Retail Planner, you will be the link between strategy and execution – making sure the right products are in the right stores at the right time to support sales and customer experience across our global retail setup.

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of our International RETAIL department inside the Planning & Buying team, working closely with our Retail teams across markets and other stakeholders. Together, we set the direction for how we plan, buy, and execute across markets. You will join a team where collaboration, sparring, and knowledge sharing are key – and where your analytical mindset complements our strong commercial drive.

YOUR JOB

As Retail Planner, you will play a central role in ensuring that our store network has the right products at the right time. You will be responsible for turning analysis into clear plans and strategies, supporting markets with strong forecasts, and driving performance across regions. With your structured mindset, you help secure transparency, efficiency, and sales growth – while collaborating closely with colleagues across Retail, Buying, and Sales.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing buying strategies to meet performance targets
• Forecasting for NOOS inventory according to strategy per category.
• Onboarding new strategies and communicating plans to international markets
• Following up on implementation and performance across regions
• Preparing and analyzing performance reports in Excel and Power BI

YOUR PROFILE
You are result-driven and thrive on turning numbers into actionable strategies. With a structured and detail-oriented mindset, you balance analysis with hands-on execution. You enjoy working internationally and communicating across markets, and you feel motivated by making an impact on both performance and growth.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a degree in business, economics, supply chain or similar – or bring relevant experience from planning, buying, or business analysis
• Are confident working with Microsoft Office especially excel and preferably Power BI
• Have strong analytical and forecasting abilities
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Bring experience from retail planning – or a strong interest in growing into the role
