The impact you will have:

As an Experienced Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering a truly extraordinary shopping experience to our valued customers. Your extensive knowledge of electrical goods, coupled with your sales expertise, will enable you to provide insightful recommendations and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.

The problems you will fearlessly tackle and resolve:

• Welcoming customers with a friendly and engaging demeanour, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Utilizing your extensive knowledge of electrical goods to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Addressing customer inquiries promptly and providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Analyse sales performance trends and metrics to gain valuable insights into achievements and areas for targeted improvement.
• Collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic and progressive team, providing support to fellow sales professionals to achieve both individual and organizational objectives.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably within the electrical goods sector.
• A motivated and ambitious individual who is driven by targets and determined to succeed, with a strong desire to build a successful career.
• An enthusiastic and passionate team player who is eager to foster strong relationships within their team and provide support whenever needed.
• Proficient computer skills, comfortable with various software and applications, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology in daily tasks.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as per the store's operating schedule.

Salary Range: €28,000 to €32,000 - This is inclusive of monthly commission and bonus.
