Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home design, strong communication skills, and a drive to help customers create beautiful spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in our showroom
• Educate clients about flooring products, styles, and installation options
• Provide accurate estimates and close sales
• Manage customer relationships and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with installers and project managers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred (flooring, design, or home improvement a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Tech-friendly (CRM, email, or point-of-sale software experience helpful)
