Retail Flooring Salesperson
Seamless Floors – St. Johns, FL (Silverleaf Area)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Base salary plus commission and bonuses
(no benifits at this time)

Seamless Floors is a proudly woman-owned and locally operated flooring company located in the heart of Silverleaf, St. Johns County. We specialize in helping homeowners and builders choose beautiful, durable flooring that fits their lifestyle and budget. Our mission is to deliver a seamless experience — from design consultation to professional installation — with the personal touch of a family-run business.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home design, strong communication skills, and a drive to help customers create beautiful spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom
- Educate clients about flooring products, styles, and installation options
- Provide accurate estimates and close sales
- Manage customer relationships and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with installers and project managers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred (flooring, design, or home improvement a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Tech-friendly (CRM, email, or point-of-sale software experience helpful)
