Golden Home Healthcare is expanding into Pueblo, Colorado, and we’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Operations Director to lead our new branch—supported by our well-established Denver office.

We specialize in training family members to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for their Special Needs Children through Colorado’s Family Caregiver Program as well as Colorado's IHSS Program for adults.

Job Summary

As the RN Operations Director, you will oversee all operations of our new Pueblo office. This role combines clinical leadership, business development, and office management.

You’ll lead growth efforts, manage staff, support clients through enrollment processes, and build strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Pueblo branch
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients
  • Assist families with Medicaid waiver and enrollment processes
  • Develop and maintain referral sources and community partnerships
  • Conduct outreach to bring our services to the Pueblo Community
  • Communicate with physicians, social workers, and partner agencies
  • Travel locally when needed for client or referral visits
  • Recruit, train, and support team members
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with internal office and support teams
  • Support financial and operational performance

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Leadership or healthcare operations experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel locally

Preferred:

  • Experience with Medicaid waiver programs or home health
  • Community outreach or business development experience
  • Team management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office systems
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday (with flexibility as needed)

Work Location

  • In person – Pueblo, CO
  • Local travel required

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
