Your Role
- Lead a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF
- Mentor and support a team of educators to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Contribute your leadership, creativity, and expertise to continuously enhance program quality
About You
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience in early childhood education and/or team leadership
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, positive, and child-focused approach
- Current Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance, and Child Protection training
- Full Australian working rights
- Successful applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two professional references
