Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience working with various power and hand tools. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure they are safe and functional for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal performance of recreational vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Conduct thorough inspections of RVs to identify any potential problems or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each vehicle.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in RV maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle repair or maintenance.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Previous experience as an RV Technician or in a related field is preferred.
