Responsibilities:

Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures, conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards, Collaborating with project teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans, Providing safety training to employees and workers, Investigating incidents and near misses and recommending corrective actions, Keeping abreast of industry safety standards and regulations.

1)Inspection of work as per approved documents

2) Having good understanding of safety standards in solar industry.

3) Preparation of Inspection Reports

4) Ensuring QA/QC as per specifications and standards

5) Documents Review

6) Proven experience in quality management within the renewable energy industry, with specific experience in solar power projects highly desirable.

7) Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, and applicable electrical codes and standards.

8) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.

9)Strong understanding of safety regulations, international standards, and best practices.

10)Experience in conducting safety audits and investigations.

11)Passion for training and development to empower employees.

Qualifications BE / BTech (Mechanical/ Electrical) or BTech (Fire & Safety Engineering), Diploma – Fire & Safety / BE Understanding of electrical safety and working at heights. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the solar energy sector. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the solar energy industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
