Are you a people person with a knack for building relationships? Join our team as a Dry Cleaning Service Associate and become the face of our business in Jammu City!
We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to help us expand our dry cleaning services. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and enjoys interacting with new people.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Actively seek out and onboard new clients for our dry cleaning service.
- Order Management: Collect dry cleaning orders from clients and ensure they are processed correctly.
- Customer Service: Maintain positive relationships with all clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Logistics: Coordinate with the dry cleaning facility to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: We offer a strong base salary.
- Extra Commission: You'll receive additional commission for every new client you bring in and for each order collected.
- Commuter Expenses: We'll cover your travel expenses within Jammu City.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
