As our new Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by driving the development of innovative marine systems and projects. From electric and hybrid fuel cell and battery storage solutions to shore supply for shipping, chargers, and other groundbreaking technologies, your work will directly shape the future of marine electrification across the EMEA region.

You will be a key knowledge holder, representing Danfoss’s technology-driven and solution-oriented approach, and ensuring our customers receive world-class expertise and support.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop innovative Marine Power Conversion applications together with startups, system integrators (SI), and OEM partners
  • Provide technical and application know-how to customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with in-house engineers, project managers, service teams, product developers, and the Application Development Center (ADC) in Gorinchem
  • Act as a trusted advisor and solution ambassador for marine electrification projects
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities and driving continuous development in the marine sector
  • Deliver customer trainings and share expertise to strengthen partnerships
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics or relevant work experience with hybridization
  • Experience and knowledge of power conversion systems
  • Background in Electrification systems, MicroGrid, battery & fuel cell systems
  • Experience with Systems Engineering and Vessel Automation Systems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion and ownership
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally as required
  • Readiness to provide customer trainings
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
