We are looking to recruit a sales administrator with an immediate start.

As the sales administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our sales department.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels across our machinery range and maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records.
  • Manage stock ordering, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure availability aligns with demand.
  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner for retail and trade sales.
  • Support retailing processes with Bobcat, ensuring documentation and internal procedures are completed correctly.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support quotes, order progression, deal administration, and customer updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records, ensuring all paperwork and systems are kept current and compliant.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling queries professionally and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong competence using computer systems and software for data entry, invoicing, and stock control.
  • Previous experience in a sales administration, invoicing, or stock control role is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Bobcat equipment or similar machinery is a plus, but not essential.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a team-first mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Adare, County Limerick: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
