We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Administrator to support our growing campervan rental business. This role will involve handling customer enquiries, supporting the booking process, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and management.

This is a flexible hybrid position, ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Respond to customer questions regarding campervan rentals
  • Input and manage bookings on the company booking system
  • Keep the Manager informed of sales activity and updates
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking journey
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries and bookings

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using booking systems or CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload in a hybrid setting

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
