Join a prominent global organization in the food specialties sector as a Sales Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting sales operations across diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities:In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales processes and exemplary customer service. Your duties include:

  • Processing and managing sales orders for markets in South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and Singapore.
  • Assisting customers and sales managers with queries and ensuring a high standard of support.
  • Communicating courteously with customers via telephone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Assisting sales managers by raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Service Requests (SRs).
  • Coordinating with internal teams to manage and prepare essential shipping documentation, including Free Sales Certificates (FSC), Certificates of Origin (COO, CO Form-D), packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, and other required documents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales administration covering administrative support to sales teams, ideally in customer service or order processing roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is highly preferred.
  • A minimum qualification of A-Level, Junior College, Diploma, or Polytechnic education.
