We are hiring Sales Tele callers for our Insurance Process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and explaining insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers
Explain insurance-related products and services
Convince customers, generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain customer data and follow up regularly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English / Hindi and Regional language (Malayalam or Tamil).
Good negotiation and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Freshers can apply if Interested in sales and target-based roles.
Experience in tele sales, insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Salary: Fixed + Incentives
