Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face events and community outreach to generate new business opportunities
• Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding customer needs and presenting compelling solutions tailored to their requirements
• Manage retail sales interactions by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Conduct sales administration tasks such as maintaining detailed records of client interactions, processing orders, and follow ups for retention.
• Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends, identify target audiences, and develop effective marketing strategies to boost sales performance
• Communicate clearly and persuasively in multiple languages to serve a diverse client base, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making effectively
• Background in retail sales is highly desirable
• Multilingual proficiency (bilingual skills) is preferred to serve diverse markets effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening and customer engagement
• Familiarity with iOS
• Experience in marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention is a plus
