Role: Sales and Finance Administrator
Location: Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin (Hybrid working – minimum 2 days a week in the office)
Days/Hours: 30 hours per week (across 4 days)
Position Type: 9-month Fixed Term Contract

We are on the hunt for a Sales and Finance Administrator... this could be your opportunity to join the SWEET life!
You will play a vital role in assisting our sales office department in all areas of administration, including customer services and finance.
How you’ll contribute to the mix:
- Dealing with general customer enquiries professionally and efficiently – via telephone, emails and letters etc
- Processing orders using the internal systems and following company processes
- Liaising with our distribution company
- Processing invoices for Customers
- P.O.D. control and filing
- Providing cover for other team members as and when required
- Processing with Goods In paperwork and Supplier Invoices
- Assisting with Credit Control
- Processing of Customer Payments & Bank Lodgements
- Assisting with general day to day administrative tasks
- Understands and complies with the requirements of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Environmental Permit as part of their day-to-day activities
- To carry out any other tasks commensurate with this post
Can you supply our essential ingredients?
- Advanced levels of Microsoft office suite (particularly Excel)
- Ability to work alone, organizing your own workload in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Professional and confident approach to work
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- The ability to work using your own initiative and investigative skills to solve problems
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage
- Working knowledge SAP is desirable
