Sales And Marketing Executive

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the polymer industry.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective fieldwork and client interactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.

Marketing Activities

  • Promote company products through presentations, demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Support branding activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Prepare marketing materials and reports to support the sales strategy.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless order execution.
  • Track customer orders, delivery timelines, and payment collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales pipelines, and MIS reports.
  • Provide regular sales and market feedback to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of polymer products, applications, and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills for B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
