We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, visits, and online channels
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and updates
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing or related industry (optional)
- Good networking and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
