McKeever RV is a family-owned dealership that takes pride in having a family atmosphere, we are a six-day-a-week operation that’s closed Sundays so our staff has time for worship and family. The RV industry is booming and we have a fantastic location in Sweetwater, TN, right off of I75, and features: nice modern offices, and a controlled lot. We have an excellent marketing department that drives traffic in and the technology for today’s sales environment as well. With our increased sales volume we need to add 2 additional quality salespeople, we offer great brands like Palomino, TrailMaster, AmeriLite, Trail Runner, Gulf Breeze, Sundance, and many other fine brands. We have the largest parts department in the area that drives in traffic for sales and have a busy service department as well.

Experienced Sales Person:2 years prior experience with RV, Boat or high tickets items and a solid proven track record. Must have closing skills

Sales Trainee: must have an outgoing personally, enjoy working with people and able to build a relationship with a customer. Willing to take direction and have a desire to learn.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Professional appearance
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of the internet, email and social media.
• Must be a team player

We offer an excellent pay plan, special sales spiffs, salesperson of the month bonus, and a retention bonus. We are an old fashion company that has a real Christmas party offsite for our staff and they guest along with 2 company outing a year that are company paid.
