Luxury Sales Consultant – Pools, Spas & Wellness
At Southern Pools and Spas, we believe in more than just selling products—we help our customers create memories and enhance their well-being. Whether it’s a hot tub for relaxation, a pool for summer gatherings, or a sauna for health benefits, we provide wellness solutions that bring families together.
We are seeking a motivated, experienced sales professional to join our team. This is not a general retail position. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in big-ticket, consultative sales, who understand the importance of relationship-building and guiding customers through a significant investment in their home and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them choose the right wellness and recreation products
  • Educate customers on the benefits of hot tubs, pools, saunas, and cold plunges
  • Utilize relationship-based selling to assist customers in making informed, long-term investments
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Assist in showroom presentation and ensure an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (examples: luxury retail, furniture, automotive, pools, spas, or fitness equipment)
  • Strong ability to build relationships, ask the right questions, and close high-value sales
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment
  • Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as part of a 5-day workweek
