StretchLab - Orland Park is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team in our Orland Park, IL location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to meet and exceed sales goals.
Essential Duties:
- Maintains a clean and orderly studio environment.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Provides excellent customer service to all customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the owner or General Manager.
Competencies:
- Understanding of retail sales practices and procedures.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to organize work with a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred or college degree preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years’ experience in retail sales preferred but not required; 2-5 years’ experience preferred but not required; other experience is also welcome.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
