We're looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the buying process - from understanding their needs to matching them with the right vehicle and helping them explore financing options. You will play a key role in creating a seamless, pressure-free experience that ears trust and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Understands automobiles, characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Maintaining rapport with previous customers
• Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests
• Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales and negotiating prices
• Provides sales management information by completing reports.
• Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Automotive Sales Experience Preferred but not required
• Past Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Networking skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer and mobile phone skills

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Minimum of 5 years as an Automotive Sales Associate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
