What you need to know
- $30.75 base hourly pay rate + penalty rates (including on weekends, public holidays, and late nights).

- This role is Permanent Part-time, 60 hrs/fortnight

- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
About this work area
As Sales (Customer Loyalty) Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Optimising the IKEA Family and IKEA Business customer loyalty programs to grow our core
Commercial Team
- Supporting strong planning and implementation of campaigns and offers, and quick actions to
- Creating and delivering engaging in-store activations to inspire visitors to become IKEA Family or
- Monitoring the performance of in-store activations and sharing results and learnings to
- Training and supporting co-workers to build their competence in promoting IKEA family and IKEA
- Collaborating across the store to ensure loyalty visibility in communication, range presentation
- Ensuring customers always find it easy to shop the range by making sure retail basics are in place
Who you are
- Previous foundational experience in marketing, events or delivering customer engagement activations is
- An understanding of customer clubs or loyalty programmes in a retail environment.
- A strong interest in home furnishing and a love for working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences through events, activations, and campaigns –
- Ability to build knowledge of the IKEA product range and customers to help optimise sales and
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal communication skills. You have the ability to
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and effectively utilise
