Riva Tiles & Bathrooms based in Turner's Cross, Cork is a successful and fast growing Tiles, Bathrooms, Wood flooring supplies company,(Heating & Plumbing through our Plumbstore division). We are introducing a new role into our business and looking for a Showroom Sales executive to initially combine with e-commerce and digital marketing responsibilities while growing our digital and online side of the business, you would be selling a range of products including tiles, bathroom ware, baths, furniture & wood flooring. The ideal Candidate will have experience in website and social media management and training will be provided for product knowledge. Our focus when employing is to find a motivated, detail-oriented person with skills suited to the position and the will to learn and work in a fast paced friendly environment and become a valued member of our team.

This role combines e-commerce and digital marketing responsibilities with on-the-ground retail support, ensuring a strong link between product presentation in-store and online. The successful candidate will be spending time on the shop floor to support sales and learn product knowledge which will benefit website content, drive social media activity, and create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management
• Daily upload of new products, including images and descriptions.
• Regular clean-up and optimisation of existing product listings.
• Work with teams to enhance site usability, SEO, and product presentation.
• Content Creation
• Produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for web, email, and social media.
• Support campaign asset creation (graphics, banners, product features).
• Ensure content is brand-aligned and adapted for each platform.
• Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor engagement, track performance, and report on results.
• Research trends and propose fresh content ideas to grow reach and engagement.
• In-Store / Shop Floor Support
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and customer service.
• Gain first-hand insight into customer behaviours and feedback to inform online and marketing strategies.
• Ensure product knowledge remains up to date and consistent across channels.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Shopify).
• Content creation skills (copywriting, Canva/Photoshop, basic video editing).
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage both online and in-store responsibilities.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
