Work from Office – Dehradun / Remote (for high performers)
Job Type:
Full-Time | Target-Based | Tele-Sales & WhatsApp Sales
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 Year in Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales / Subscription Sales
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000/month (Uncapped, Based on Targets Achieved)
Bonuses: Weekly/Monthly based on performance
Mobile & Internet Allowance: Provided
Key Responsibilities:
Sell subscription-based plans (Car Service, Car Wash, RSA) to customers via phone & WhatsApp
Convert inbound leads from CRM & campaigns into paid customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle objections, explain benefits clearly, and follow up consistently
Maintain records in Google Sheets/CRM
Work under a performance-driven sales structure
Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least 1 year of experience in target-based sales (preferably automobile/insurance/subscription)
Confident communicator in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
Knows how to pitch on phone & close via WhatsApp
Self-motivated, consistent, and hungry to earn incentives
Own smartphone & basic Excel/Sheet handling skills
