TheHen.ie are a dynamic events company looking for a Sales Executive to join our ever expanding team based in Monksland, Athlone.
TheHen.ie is a company that specializes in organizing and running hen party packages and activities across Ireland. We are a busy office and are looking for a motivated, energetic person for this role.
Day to Day duties will include:
- Managing and responding to new enquiries with a personalised approach, providing detailed information about the packages and activities we offer.
- Understanding clients' preferences, offering tailored recommendations to ensure an ideal fit.
- Proactively following up on previous enquiries to build relationships and optimise sales opportunities.
- Handling customer communications via email and phone, addressing questions related to existing bookings and new enquiries.
- Ensuring all booking details are meticulously updated in the system and effectively communicated to both suppliers and customers.
- Collaborating with the office team and taking a proactive approach to supporting various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate:
- Self Motivated
- Experience of working with people and the public is desirable
- Hotel or hospitality experience would be an advantage
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Very detail oriented
What is on offer:
- Office Hours are 09.00 - 17.30
- Competitive rates of pay with incremental reviews (DOE)
- Full Training will be provided
The hours can be flexible depending on the right candidates requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
