An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join the team at the Holiday Inn Express Dublin City Centre, part of the JMK Hotel Group.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about hospitality, driven by targets, and eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the hotel’s sales and business development strategy across key segments (corporate, leisure, groups)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct client visits, hotel show rounds, and participate in industry events
- Support the Director of Sales in achieving revenue goals and KPI targets
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on incoming leads professionally and efficiently
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in hotel sales within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter with a commercial mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and independently when required
- Familiarity with the Dublin hospitality market is an advantage
- Familiarity with IHG systems and the Dublin market is advantageous
