Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Present and promote residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
- Assist clients in property selection and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in sales events and exhibitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business or Marketing preferably.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Skills:
- Knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a strong sales drive.
