We are looking for a Key Account Executive who will be the driving force behind our operations and growth. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can wear multiple hats, and is ready to lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Digital Presence

o Plan and execute end-to-end social media management, strategy, and optimization.

o Ensure consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms.

  • Client & Talent Management

o Handle onboarding of brands, celebrities, influencers, and entertainment mentors.

o Manage brand job postings, activations, and client satisfaction.

o Address and resolve queries from job seekers and onboard them smoothly.

  • Growth & Expansion

o Drive team expansion, hiring, and performance optimization.

o Finalize and set up offices in new cities and manage regional activations.

o Ensure 100% performance utilization and outcome delivery from the team.

o Explore and execute new service expansions for Starplify in the entertainment domain.

  • Campaigns & Partnerships

o Coordinate with campaign teams for brand activations (online & offline).

o Build and maintain strong partnerships with brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders.

o Drive collaborations and tie-ups with celebrities and mentors for the platform.

  • Leadership & Strategy

o Act as the founder’s right hand in managing all end-to-end operations.

o Be accountable for business growth, operational efficiency, and team productivity.

o Lead with ownership, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Media, or related field preferred).
  • Pleasant Personality
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Convincing skills
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in account management, digital marketing, or entertainment/media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Proven experience in team management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Startup mindset – adaptability, problem-solving, and ownership are a must.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive results under tight timelines.
