Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in retail management and sales management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee store operations, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service across multiple locations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance customer engagement and team communication. The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, and implementing merchandising and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
  • Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, cashiering, POS transactions, and inventory management
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff through comprehensive training & development programs
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management
  • Implement pricing strategies aligned with market trends and company policies
  • Coordinate purchasing decisions and merchandising displays to optimize product presentation
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage budgeting processes to control expenses while maximizing profitability
  • Lead store management initiatives including supervising staff schedules, overseeing bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring organizational efficiency

Experience

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail sales or store management roles
  • Strong background in sales management with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and developing retail staff
  • Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, and inventory control
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Proficiency in marketing techniques, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are preferred to facilitate effective communication with diverse teams and clientele
  • Exceptional leadership qualities combined with strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Effective communication skills with a professional phone etiquette mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $45,418.86-$151,704.06 per year
