The Role
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled manager with the potential to be future leaders of the company. If you feel like you've hit the ceiling in your current role or are looking for a change with rapid progression in hospitality then you've come to the right place. You will learn everything you need to know to run a successful hospitality business with us.

You will:

• Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch.
• Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members.
• Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation.
• Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
• Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line.

Skills / Experience / What we are looking for

• Some management experience in a hospitality venue with a team of bigger than 5
• Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
• Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organization that is great
• A managers certificate or LCQ is preferred
• You're looking for a long term career in hospitality
