Key Responsibilities
- Visit companies, colleges, schools, clinics, and organizations to promote IVF services
- Organize and coordinate fertility awareness camps, health camps, and seminars
- Generate patient leads and convert them into hospital visits
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, referral partners, and corporate HR teams
- Conduct presentations and counseling about IVF treatments and hospital facilities
- Support telecalling and follow-ups for patient inquiries
- Collect feedback from patients and referral partners
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead reports, and camp reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare / hospital marketing (IVF experience preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain medical services in a simple and convincing manner
- Willingness to travel and work in the field
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in IVF hospital, diagnostic center, or healthcare marketing
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
Languages know: tamil, telugu and English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,671.31 - ₹20,150.22 per month
