Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our IT services, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and executing sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
  • Present company services to potential clients and explain value propositions
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
  • Maintain and update customer and lead records in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events)
  • Assist in promoting services on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT ( B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M Tech)
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead generation
  • Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and social media platforms

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services / staffing / training / consulting industry
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
