JOB DESCRIPTION : Sales & Marketing Executive

Permanent / Full-Time position

Location: Athenry, Co. Galway

The Foods of Athenry are a family run business who are one of Ireland's most innovative manufacturers in free-from food production, - developing, baking, and selling high quality products for Irish and International customers.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive working across sales/marketing activities, adding real value to the team.

Must have fluent English for written and verbal communication.

Job function:

In conjunction with the sales team and external marketing company, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives; assist in updating and optimising website content while helping to develop and implement engaging campaigns - creating content across digital channels. You will also assist the greater sales team in sales related administrative tasks.

The role requires strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and a hands-on approach to content execution. Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration; or relevant marketing / business experience.

· Enthusiastic, with a keen eye for content and storytelling.

· The ability to create content for the various digital platforms.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Work well as part of a greater team.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva and CRM systems.

· Full clean Irish driving licence essential.

Responsibilities:

· Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

· Support the optimisation of digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing.

· Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content and the uploading of new content for blog posts, marketing materials, social media posts, and email campaigns.

· Assist with the planning and promotion of local events and trade shows.

· Support the design of marketing assets using tools like Canva; ensuring brand consistency.

· Assist in preparing reports on marketing activity performance (website performance, content engagement , budgets etc )

· Engage with customers and respond to inquiries on social media platforms, email, and other channels, fostering strong customer relationships.

· Uphold the brand's identity and guidelines in all marketing materials and communications.

· Ensure consistency in messaging across different touchpoints.

· Seek continuous improvement and stay informed about industry trends and best practices for innovative ideas to our marketing strategies.

· Good time management and a willingness to undertake the additional duties which may be required from time to time by the Company to ensure the efficient and effective operation of your department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €32,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
