HIRING NOW: Sales Officer – FMCG

About Us:

We are a dynamic FMCG company offering a diverse range of quality products in Multigrain Chips, Breakfast Cereals, Functional Beverages, and Hygiene Products. To expand our presence, we are looking for Sales Officers who are energetic, target-driven, and experienced in FMCG field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive secondary and primary sales in assigned territory
• Handle existing distributors/retailers and onboard new ones
• Achieve sales targets and ensure regular order flow
• Improve product visibility and in-store branding
• Execute schemes, promotions, and local marketing activities
• Monitor competitor activity and collect market intelligence
• Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the team

Key Requirements (Education, Work Experience & Skills):

• Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales
• Strong understanding of local general trade market
• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred)
• Confident, well-spoken, and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of Excel or mobile reporting
