Candidate Profile

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial sales professional who is capable of generating business independently while also building and leading a successful sales team.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Generate sales independently through personal networking, referrals, cold calling, field sales, and other business development activities.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives or business development associates.
  • Lead the team to achieve individual and collective revenue targets.
  • Take complete ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to client acquisition and account management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive consistent business growth.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Have experience in B2B/B2C sales and team management (preferred).
  • Be target-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a scalable sales organization.
  • Be comfortable working on a revenue-sharing/performance-based compensation model.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve personal sales targets every month.
  • Build and manage a productive sales team.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Contribute strategic ideas to expand the company's market presence and revenue.

This role requires the Sales Partner to be both an individual contributor and a team leader, driving revenue personally while building and managing a high-performing sales organization.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
