Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the cli
  • Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, deliver compelling sales presentations, and
  • Sales Execution: Negotiate and close deals, aiming for an approx 40% win rate and an average deal size
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system with 95% data
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and
  • Customer Success: Provide exceptional post-sale support and follow-up, ensuring a customer sat
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate monthly market intelligence and performance reports to inform st

Performance Metrics:

  • Annual New Sales Revenue: Minimum of $750,000
  • Lead Generation: 80+ qualified leads per month
  • Sales Conversion: Approx 40% close rate on opportunities
  • Customer Retention: 85% or higher
  • Proposal Acceptance Rate: 50% or higher

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor·s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Willingness to work in the North American timezone.
