Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and well-structured quotations based on client requirements.
- Understand products/services thoroughly to provide correct pricing and options.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and provide updates.
- Follow up with clients on shared quotations to support lead conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, procurement) to ensure correct information.
- Update and maintain quotation records, pricing sheets, and client communication logs.
- Handle client queries politely and professionally through calls, emails, or messages.
- Prepare comparison sheets, proposals, and supporting documents when needed.
- Ensure all quotations meet company standards, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing timely support and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of pricing and commercial information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
