Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our exciting startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and customer relationship building. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales strategies. Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage territory effectively to maximize sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales with a focus on direct sales techniques.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales, including territory management and account management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing leads and customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to conduct product demos effectively, showcasing the value of offerings to potential clients.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
