- Identify and develop new customers through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Manage existing clients to ensure repeat orders and long-term relationships.
- Present products, technical specifications, pricing, and commercial terms to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and follow-up reports.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings when required.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
