We are hiring Sales Executive plays a key role in driving a company’s revenue by identifying and converting potential clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Qualify leads to assess their needs and readiness to buy.
- Sales Presentations & Pitches
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Address customer needs and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Market & Competitor Research
- Keep up with market trends, competitors’ products, and pricing.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Sales Reporting & CRM Updates
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.
- Collaboration with Teams
- Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams.
- Share customer insights to improve offerings and service delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
