We are hiring Sales Executive plays a key role in driving a company’s revenue by identifying and converting potential clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting products or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Qualify leads to assess their needs and readiness to buy.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Address customer needs and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Market & Competitor Research
  • Keep up with market trends, competitors’ products, and pricing.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Sales Reporting & CRM Updates
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.
  • Collaboration with Teams
  • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams.
  • Share customer insights to improve offerings and service delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
