Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote PCD Pharma franchise opportunities.
  • Explain the company’s product portfolio and business model to potential partners.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information about the franchise process, terms, and product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and convert them into franchise partners.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Maintain a database of leads, update call status, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Assist in resolving client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the pharma industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the PCD Pharma model is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
