Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote PCD Pharma franchise opportunities.
- Explain the company’s product portfolio and business model to potential partners.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information about the franchise process, terms, and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and convert them into franchise partners.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain a database of leads, update call status, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Assist in resolving client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the pharma industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the PCD Pharma model is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
