Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of outside and inside sales skills, with a strong focus on B2B sales and territory management. Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Manage assigned territory to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Upsell products and services to existing customers to enhance revenue growth.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to assist in product development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales roles.
  • Strong background in account management and territory management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct product demos confidently and effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Metal Supermarkets GTA is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Scarborough location. This is a full time job from Monday to Friday with the store open 7:30am until 5pm. Shifts may vary through the day but are typically 8 1/2-9 hours.
Duties include serving customers in person, answering customer inquiries by phone and email, assisting customers with their metal needs, entering customer orders and other duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a customer service passion coupled with a background in industrial sales. Metal experience is not required but would be an asset.
We offer full training, competitive wages, lucrative profit sharing and health benefits packages and paid uniforms, including work boots after three months, and a great work environment with plenty of chance for promotion.
Salary range is base pay before profit sharing and is subject to review as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
