Main Purpose of this role:
To ensure the stores scanning systems are operating efficiently and effectively at all times and provide accurate and timely information to management.
Main Duties:
- Ensure integrity of product information and pricing;
- Ability to use all functions of the GOLD system;
- Fully understand till operation and functions;
- Maintain correct scale codes/PLUs;
- Follow correct procedures for setting up products on the GOLD system (including local suppliers);
- Print required daily reports and take appropriate action;
- Ensure adherence to Price Checking guidelines and accuracy;
- Ensure SELs are accurate and the correct label format is used;
- Liaise with third party suppliers for problem resolution;
- Ensure Chill and Ambient orders are transmitted to schedule;
- Print delivery invoice for Chill and Ambient from the Invoice Access system and submit claims as appropriate;
- Knowledge of the legal requirements around pricing;
- Manage pricing and setup of in store promotions;
- Ability to use all functions on the scanning wand and associated reports;
- Review and action daily PCOMMs;
- Fill in and file relevant control documentation;
- Ensure core maintenance on system as per guide-lines;
- Ensure backup of systems are completed daily;
- Liaise with local suppliers;
- Ensure the correct cost price is against local suppliers;
This role maybe incorporate other duties as determined by the Store Manager
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
